Good knowledge of Java and J2EE technologies, J2EE patterns
Experience in developing Java applications
Web: JSP, Servlet, taglibs, JavaScript
Application servers: WebSphere, Tomcat, Jboss
Knowledge of relational databases design
Communication skills(both oral and written), work in a team and with customers with variable technical knowledge
